The Classics Club Spin always intrigues me since I don't read enough classics...
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of making it a set goal to read a Big Book, especially for people with number-based reading challenges who might otherwise shy away from big time investments (like me. i'm people).
ReplyDeleteI enjoy stepping back and rethinking everything that is important.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your goals! They're good ones.
ReplyDeleteMy post.
Dune was so painful! I read it on my march through all the books in the library, and THEN decided to weed it. Good luck with that. I feel like I've read enough classics, and my students don't care for them, so I just continue on with new books. Nice to have a plan!
ReplyDeleteMy daughter and I are reading it for a book club. It was on my list of books that I thought I should read before I die. She has started. I haven't. She thinks it is painful. Oh dear.
DeleteGood luck with all your goals!

Great list! I'm also trying to read over 100 books this year. Let's hope we both meet this goal!

Awesome reading goals! Good luck with them. :)
ReplyDeleteI really need to listen to more audiobooks. Good luck with all your goals!
ReplyDeleteYou can totally read Dune! Go for it. Good luck!! https://readwithstefani.com/2021-bookish-and-reading-resolutions/
ReplyDeleteI finally read Dune for the first time last year. I'm going to have to catch up on the rest of the series now.
ReplyDeleteLove that you're reading all the Printz winners—what a great goal.
ReplyDeleteOh wow, I like how you create your own challenges! Good luck!
ReplyDeleteAt least your CYBILS goal will be done in the next few weeks! That will be fun and satisfying to cross one off your list. I'm glad you've also got the Printz Award books on there. I am so looking forward to seeing who all the nominees are for the YA books.
ReplyDeleteThat's A LOT of goals! Good luck with them all.
ReplyDeleteThere's a lot of goals on here but they are great! I hope you can reach them all!
ReplyDeleteOn average I don't even read half of your GR goal this year. :) Hope you meet (and surpass!? :D) your 2021 reading goal - and all of your resolutions! Thanks for visiting Finding Wonderland.
