- I currently have four books checked out which I haven't even started yet. There is always a new book to capture my attention.
I'm excited to see what goes on your Mock Printz list even though I don't go to your school. I'm a few titles behind on the starred review reads and I'm hoping I can at least catch up by my winter break.

2016 Big Book Summer Challenge
Impressive, Anne! When you retire, will you still read so much YA lit, or do you think your reading habits will change?
ReplyDeleteI don't think I will read as much YA when I retire though I bet I will read some. I admit that I often find YA books tedious especially if I read a lot of them in a row. That is why books like The Passion of Dolssa are so surprisingly wonderful. I expect teens with problems and parents who aren't paying attention and what you get it a complicated and thorough look at a time in history which was both fascinating and disturbing. I will miss this kind of YA if I abandon it completely.
DeleteWhat a good number of books and great range, too. Are you caught up with your reviews now? I hate having them hang over from one month to the next ... but it always happens!
ReplyDeleteNo. I am never caught up on my reviews. I know I am at least three review behind on my YA books and I want to write a view reviews for the adult books. It is an on-going battle.
