  1. My parents are really into Kate Atkinson and another friend just recommended her Case Studies to me. I think I need to read one of her books and see what it's all about.

  5. I plan to read more Elizabeth Gaskell. I hope to read Wives and Daughters this year. I am reading my first Mary Oliver collection.

  7. I loved "Life after Life" but only read one in her Jackson Brodie series and didn't feel compelled to continue. I didn't dislike it, but it didn't grab me.

  8. I like your spin on the topic. I think the only George Eliot books I’ve read are Middlemarch and Silas Marner!
