Top Ten Tuesday: My favorite books published every five years since the year of my birth, 1957.

I turned 60 this past birthday. This TTT is a celebration of books which have been published in my lifetime. I've read all of them, but I didn't necessarily read them in the year listed, obviously.

    A wrinkle in Time is on my re-read list. I read it when I was younger, and since it's being turned into a movie.
    I am so glad to see Harry Potter on your list. I haven't seen it on many lists today.
    I feel like I am the only one that hasn't read The Hate You Give, and I really have to get my hands on that one!

  16. Aww I ADORE this idea! And the books you chose are fabulous too- I especially love TFIOS and THUG, both such great choices. I was born in 1982, and it's amazing to see the books that were released that year- I mean,The Color Purple and Schindler's List, pretty epic year! Fabulous list!!
