  1. So many books last year and so little time! Also in my case I was not in the mood of reading a lot, I am getting older and I get too tired that when I sit to read I fall sleep :P

  7. Scythe is a great book! I'm interested in The Underground Railroad, but don't know if I'll get to it. I've got a copy of The Scent of Other People's Houses but not sure when I'll read it either. Great list and a lot of these look interesting!

  16. Great LIST! Lab Girl almost made my list as well - honestly that list could have been 20 books long. I just added Scythe to my TBR recently - it looks really intriguing and I've heard so many good things about Shusterman. I also want to read The Underground Railroad and LaRose, maybe this year, I hope. I read my first Louise Erdrich in 2016 and have never read Colson Whitehead.

  19. I've got three of those books on my list: Rani Patel; LaRose (I just learned about this one); and Underground Railroad (I'm a little worried it will be too magical realism for me)
