OK. I have it checked out but haven't read it. I still want to get to it soon.

    1. I need to explore what the Bailey's Prize is. I enjoyed reading Strout's book, Olive Kitteridge. I hope this one lives up to that hype.

  3. Wow, well done you on 7 of the original 11 books - now that is progress and a half!! I can't say I've read any of these, but the covers are just so intriguing ... may have to look up a fair few (and add to my growing TBR pile WITH HASTE)

    Here's my TTT:

    1. It felt like I just published a TBR Top Ten list so I had to look back and check how I did on that list. I was pretty thrilled to see I read over half of them. It always seems like I pile up books and then never end of reading those books.

  4. Several of the books on your list are on my wish list. I have only read The Girl Waits With Gun, which I enjoyed. I hope you will too. Elizabeth Strout's new book really interests me. It is on my wish list. I hope you are able to get to them all!

  5. I have not read one single book from either of your lists! I definitely need to get on the YALSA award winners that I hadn't read pre-award. Girl Waits with Gun and Circling the Sun sound interesting, I'm always up for checking out works by Ruta Sepetys and Meg Medina, and while I've read many Kingsolver novels and a few books of essays, I've never read any of her poetry. But the most exciting discover for me on this list is The Steep and Thorny Way. Never heard of it; want to read it now!

  9. Probably just me, but I was disappointed with #10 and Lucy Barton. Maybe my hopes were too high.

  11. I also have Memory of Light, Steep Thorny Way, and Salt to the Sea on my tbr along with the other hundreds that I discovered. I really hate reading library journals because they always add another 50-100 of books that I want to read!

  12. Reading classic lit is so not among my reading habits, but I did seen the film adaptation of The Age of Innocence. As I remember it wasn't a favorite. Hope you like it, Anne.

Happy spring TBR reading - and thanks a bunch for visiting Finding Wonderland. :)

I also just got Memory of Light - both book & audio. I will probably get to it quicker on audio!

    Enjoy your spring reading -
