Lots of my faves here, including To Kill a Mockingbird and Looking for Alaska. I find a YA novel or a good MG novel can grab me and get me back in the mood (though, honestly, I am rarely OUT of the reading mood). It is set twenty years in the future when the community is having a hard time with some court cases (Brown v. Board of the Educaiton) which required integration. Here we see another side of Atticus Finch.
